SR was passionate about the pharmaceutical industry, and he always gave his best, no matter which company he represented. One day, SR received an offer from a new pharmaceutical company, NPC, that was entering the market with a groundbreaking product. The promise of a lucrative commission structure was enticing, and SR decided to join the company. He believed in the product and saw a tremendous opportunity. Over the next few years, SR worked tirelessly. He built relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics, and he made sure that NPC's product was a recognized and respected name in the industry. He worked day and night, traveling from one corner of the country to the other, leaving no stone unturned. His hard work paid off. Within just a year, SR had created a book of business generating over 1,200,000.00 per month. He had not only met his sales targets but had exceeded them. SR had become the face of NPC, and his commissions were substantial. With little warning, SR received a call from NPC’s HR department. He was informed that his services were no longer needed. The company decided to terminate his employment to save money, despite his significant contributions. At first, SR was disheartened and frustrated by the company's lack of appreciation for his hard work.
